Work Environment

The Physical Therapists work onsite, primarily in home care settings, which allows for a more personalized experience in delivering therapy. The hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM, creating a work-life balance for our employees while ensuring we meet our clients' needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will play an essential role in delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for children and adults to assess their specific needs.
• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans based on each patient's unique challenges and goals.
• Continuously reassessing clinical signs and symptoms to track treatment effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to therapy goals.
• Documenting all patient interactions meticulously, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, using our electronic medical record system.
• Educating patients and their families about their conditions and the recovery process, empowering them with knowledge to embrace the challenges ahead.
• Meeting established utilization goals while also achieving other business objectives that support our operational framework.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within Ensemble Therapy, coordinating care for patients receiving multiple therapeutic services.
• Embodying and promoting the company culture and core values, serving as a proud ambassador for our commitment to excellence in patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base at Calibre Ortho Care includes a diverse mix of individuals, ranging from children to older adults, with various orthopedic conditions. You will have the opportunity to work with patients from different backgrounds, helping to restore their functional abilities and improve their quality of life through targeted rehabilitation.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is required.
• Current and unrestricted physical therapy license issued by the New York State Board of Physical Therapy.
• Willingness to conduct evaluations and provide treatment both in-person and through telehealth platforms when clinically appropriate.
• A passion for working with a diverse patient population across various age groups and backgrounds.
• Flexibility and resilience in adapting to dynamic work environments and patient needs.
• Strong teamwork skills with a customer service mindset, ready to collaborate with peers and support staff.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient orthopedic settings or pediatric physical therapy, as well as familiarity with electronic health records, will be considered advantageous. Demonstrated success in developing collaborative care models while providing integrated services will set you apart.

Compensation and Benefits

Calibre Ortho Care offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
