Project Management AssistantThe Project Management Assistant (PMA) directly supports Project Management through collaboration with Klover Project Management, other Klover departments to consistently deliver exceptional results by performing responsibilities such as issuing purchase orders for materials, scheduling delivery/pick up of rental equipment, entering job costs, processing material packing slips, reviewing invoices, entering subcontractor labor costs, compiling change orders, maintaining project tracking logs, generating committed cost reports, maintaining job records, generating and tracking submittals, uploading submittal documents, organizing project field binders, submitting safety documents, organizing and maintaining drawings, issuing subcontracts, updating project templates, exporting job reports, entering project budgets, activating new projects, uploading cost codes, requesting material credits, reviewing subcontractor certified payroll reports, and issuing project close out documents.Core strengths include a positive attitude, strong team player, ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, self-motivation, professional self-awareness, embracing growth and change, strong organizational skills, following directions, asking questions, acting with integrity, adhering to work schedule, and being detail-oriented.Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency with PCs and aptitude to learn new software, experience with Microsoft Office, and adherence to the company's safety policy, representing the company in a positive, professional manner, encouraging teamwork, maintaining integrity, and demonstrating company's guiding values of quality, customer satisfaction, integrity, teamwork, and community.Klover Benefits include medical insurance, medical gap insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic life and AD&D insurance, basic short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability, employee assistance program, 401K, and employee referral program.
