LIHTC Community Manager Assistant

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking an LIHTC Assistant Community Manager for Radcliffe Place (135 units) to oversee occupancy, leasing, and compliance. You will build tenant relationships, handle applications, credit checks, verify income, and process rent; collaborate on advertising and move-ins; and perform weekly inspections on a Monday–Friday schedule.
