Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate couples therapy, focusing on communication enhancement, conflict resolution, and relationship strengthening strategies.

• Engage with families to pinpoint and address relational dynamics and communication barriers, fostering healthier interactions.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, continuously assessing client progress and adjusting strategies to meet evolving needs.

• Evaluate client mental health, including diagnosing conditions and developing appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to provide holistic client care.

• Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and updates in line with legal and ethical standards.

The patients served at Soothe and Rise Counseling Center come from various backgrounds and life experiences; thus, you will work with a broad range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship troubles, trauma, and family dysfunction. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Colorado.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, preferably oriented toward family and relationship dynamics.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients of varying backgrounds.

• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively with a team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus as an added incentive to join our team.
