Role Description The Corporate Account Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting and managing corporate client accounts. In this role, the specialist monitors account activity, prepares basic financial and performance reports, and ensures accurate documentation and data entry for assigned accounts. The position involves responding to client inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues and fulfill requests. The specialist will help identify opportunities to improve account performance, support billing and invoicing processes, and contribute to maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. The role requires consistent, professional communication through email, virtual meetings, and other digital tools.

Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data related to account performance and financial metrics.
- Knowledge of finance fundamentals and comfort working with budgets, invoices, and basic financial reports.
- Customer service experience and a commitment to delivering responsive, solution-oriented support to corporate clients.
- Account management capabilities, including organization, follow-up, and maintaining accurate client records.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain information to diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM systems, video conferencing platforms).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Prior experience in corporate accounts, finance, or a related business function is preferred.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
