Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and determining treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Leading individual and couples therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to address specific concerns and foster healthy communication.

• Facilitating family therapy sessions to tackle issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Providing education and resources to clients for managing stress related to job pressures, medical issues, and blended family dynamics.

• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with organizational standards and state regulations.

• Collaborating with other healthcare providers and referring clients to specialists as needed for additional support.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through training and workshops to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Must hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 70,000 – 105,000, dependent on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
