\n Are you an experienced  Sales Leader who thrives on coaching and inspiring high-performing sales teams? At  ARS/Rescue Rooter , a national leader in the home services industry, we are looking for a  dynamic Sales Manager to lead and drive the success of our residential sales team. \n

\n In this role, you will oversee a team of 15+ skilled Comfort Advisors, focusing on  refining their closing strategies within customers' homes and ensuring they deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your  coaching expertise ,  data-driven approach , and  leadership skills to build a top-performing team while contributing to the growth of a trusted brand.\n

Responsibilities: \n

\n
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ outside sales reps, enhancing their ability to close deals in customers’ homes with confidence and professionalism.
\n
• Drive sales performance by setting clear goals, delivering targeted training, and providing ongoing support to ensure consistent results.
\n
• Oversee daily sales operations, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and conversion rates.
\n
• Conduct weekly team meetings to review progress, refine closing techniques, and share market insights.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company goals.
\n
• Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining focus on service excellence and satisfaction.
\n

Qualifications: \n

\n
• 5+ years of experience leading in-home sales teams with a proven ability to motivate and coach outside sales representatives.
\n
• A  strong track record of improving sales team performance and achieving revenue growth.
\n
• Expertise in  in-home closing strategies , sales techniques, and customer engagement.
\n
• Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on fostering team collaboration and accountability.
\n
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a  metrics-driven environment .
\n
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills to prioritize and articulate initiatives effectively.
\n
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
