Located in New Lebanon, OH Salary: $22-$26hr. Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Office Manager in the New Lebanon, OH area for $22-$26/hour! 1st shift Mon-Thur. 7:00am-5:30pm Job Duties:- Administrative Operations: Direct daily office activities, including managing facility supplies, vendor relations, and front-desk coordination
- Floor & Production Support: Coordinate with plant floor personnel to track job timelines, production schedules, and inventory
- HR & Onboarding: Assist with administrative HR tasks such as employee onboarding/offboarding, timesheet verification, and payroll processing
- Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor invoices, and assist with departmental budgeting
- Compliance & Reporting: Prepare operational reports and ensure the facility maintains compliance with safety regulations, permits, and quality standards
- Degree in business administration or accounting preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in administrative leadership roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organization and management skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Strong analytical thinker.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
