Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will be performing a variety of essential tasks aimed at providing comprehensive therapy to individuals and families. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to develop personalized therapeutic plans for clients.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples, while also conducting individual therapy when necessary.

• Addressing a wide range of issues, including alcohol abuse, grief and loss, job stress, family conflicts, and communication difficulties.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to engage clients and facilitate their journey toward emotional wellbeing.

• Documenting progress and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
\n
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client progress, treatment strategies, and collaborative care approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will encompass various demographics, including adults and adolescents dealing with complex family dynamics. You will address challenges such as blended families, separation and divorce adjustments, and mother/daughter conflicts. Your expert support will play a crucial role in fostering healing and growth for your clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Active and valid state-level license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic services, ideally in a clinical outpatient setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive salaries ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, complemented by a generous benefits package.
