Key Holder – Management Manage front end operations, motivate checkers and baggers, and ensure a welcoming and friendly customer experience that encourages repeat visits. Oversee the cashiers and front‑end staff, maintain a courteous shop program, and apply comprehensive knowledge of products, tools, and department operations. Responsibilities Lead and motivate front‑end employees to deliver excellent service. Maintain and enforce company shop program and customer courtesy standards. Ensure accurate cash handling and product knowledge across the front end. Respond promptly to safety and security situations, including fire emergencies. Qualifications Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and interpreting English. Experience in supermarket front‑end operations and thorough product knowledge. Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds. Strong motivation skills for front‑end staff and the ability to foster a service program. Physical mobility and readiness to respond to fire and other safety emergencies.
