This is a foundational role in the success of our firm, and we take the hiring of our associates seriously.* The ideal candidate has the drive to take an active role in our robust training program to ultimately be the owner of their practice and deliver exceptional results for clients. *What You’ll Be Doing*

* Manage a caseload from intake to resolution across multiple practice areas under the supervision of the owner of the firm * Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, advocating for them zealously, and advising them with honesty and empathy * Develop and execute case strategies based on sound legal research and analysis * Represent clients in court proceedings * Collaborate with colleagues and support staff without unnecessary hierarchy * Participate in marketing and networking opportunities that align with your practice goals

*What We’re Looking For*

* Minimum 2 years experience privately practicing litigation * Pennsylvania law license * Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Westlaw * Strong communication skills — with clients, colleagues, and courts * A tenacious advocate with a practical, solutions-focused approach and a positive attitude
