Hospitality / Transactional Associate Attorney
Philadelphia or Pittsburgh, PA | Hybrid
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an associate with 2–5 years of transactional experience to join its Hospitality Practice.
Hospitality experience is preferred, but attorneys with backgrounds in commercial real estate, corporate transactions, or finance are encouraged to apply.
Work includes hotel acquisitions and dispositions, financing, management and franchise agreements, joint ventures, and related commercial transactions.
Ideal candidates bring strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, and the ability to manage multiple matters while collaborating with clients and colleagues.
