Key Qualifications:

• Valid Louisiana Teaching License/Certification with appropriate endorsements
• Solid knowledge of General Education frameworks, especially ELA curriculum
• Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Previous experience in K-12 general education settings preferred
• Commitment to fostering student growth and achievement

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging ELA instruction aligned with state standards
• Develop lesson plans that accommodate varied learning styles
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom climate
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Collaborate with fellow educators and staff on instructional strategies
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development as needed
