• Oversee daily operations of the dental office
• Manage front desk team, scheduling, and patient flow
• Handle insurance verification, billing, and collections
• Monitor production, collections, and office performance metrics
• Ensure a high level of customer service and patient satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and manage administrative staff
• Maintain compliance with office policies and industry regulations
• Coordinate with clinical staff to optimize efficiency

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and treatment planning
• Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
