Job Summary

Seeking a Certified Flagger & Boom Lift Operator for a temporary assignment in Nederland, TX. Responsibilities include operating a JLG Boom Lift, directing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, monitoring ground activity, and maintaining a safe work environment. Candidates must have a valid Flagger Certification and experience operating boom lifts.

Job Description

• Operate a JLG Boom Lift safely and efficiently to support project activities
• Direct and control vehicle and pedestrian traffic in accordance with site safety requirements
• Monitor ground traffic and communicate with site personnel to ensure safe movement of equipment and workers
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with other site-related duties as assigned.

Skills Required

• Experience operating a JLG Boom Lift or similar aerial lift equipment
• Boom lift experience is preffered, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to safety and communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Good hand-eye coordination
• Experience in construction or traffic control is a plus.

Education/Training/Certifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a valid Flagger Certification

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass drug screen & criminal background check 
• Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 5:00 pm

Pay Rate/Salary

• $21.00/hr. Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location
