Expectations and Tasks Knowledge Management: Create knowledge documents, tools, and processes (WIKI, Knowledge Base Articles, Guided Answers) to support customers and prevent future issues. Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with cross-functional teams within SAP and utilize collaboration channels like swarming and communities. Support Strategy: Actively support SAP's support transformation strategy. Issue Resolution: Handle sensitive escalated customer issues in team environments (swarming) and individual-driven actions. Escalate issues to component owners when necessary and create action plans. Technical Support: Resolve known errors using SAP Notes, Knowledge Base Articles, and documentation. Verify customized entries or hardware parameters. Technical Development: Develop product specialization and deeper technical skills, including code reading, debugging, and creating small corrections. Proactive Support: Test internal systems to prevent future issues on customer systems. Education and Occupational Experience Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. The actual amount offered will be dependent on education, skills, experience, scope of the role, and location.
