Regional Sales Manager

Have the pleasure of working with a global medical device company dedicated to improving patients lives through innovative therapies for the interventional treatment of vascular disease. The organization is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic. This individual will bring leadership experience in order to successfully lead and manage a team of around 10 Sales Representatives. Responsibilities Support the learning and development of the sales team Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads Track and report all sales activities Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis Qualifications Experience managing sales teams Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree 15+ years of sales experience in a hospital environment; preferably selling into minimally invasive cardiovascular market, vascular, coronary, peripheral, imaging and/or surgical related products.
