Territory: Southeast (must be based in NC or SC) Work Setup: Remote with travel
What You’ll Do:
- Own and grow a Southeast grocery territory
- Hit sales quotas + drive account profitability
- Manage and develop broker relationships
- Travel throughout the region to support customers and expand business
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and execute sales strategies
- Partner directly with the National Sales Manager
- 5+ years of CPG sales experience
- Strong background in snacks, chips, or confectionery
- Proven success in the grocery channel
- Experience managing brokers
- Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to turn insights into action
- $110K-$130K base + 15% bonus
- 100% paid employee healthcare (50% for dependents)
