Why This Opportunity Stands Out High-visibility role supporting major projects and business initiatives Opportunity to work closely with leadership and operational teams Blend of accounting, financial analysis, and business partnership Chance to mentor junior staff and build leadership experience Strong systems, reporting tools, and established processes in place Stable organization with continued growth and a strong project pipeline What You'll Be Doing Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Analyze project and operational financial results to identify trends and opportunities Track project costs, budgets, and overall financial performance Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities Review contracts, billing, and revenue recognition to ensure accuracy Prepare financial reports and provide insights to management Partner with project teams and operations leaders to support business decisions Research variances and help identify solutions to improve financial performance Assist with process improvements and reporting enhancements Mentor and support junior accounting staff as needed What They're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 4-6 years of accounting, project accounting, or finance experience Experience with project-based accounting, job costing, billing, or contract accounting is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities Ability to communicate effectively with both accounting and operational teams Natural curiosity and a desire to understand the business behind the numbers Interest in mentoring others and growing into future leadership opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr CFS
