Base Pay $17.00 - $20.00 / Hour Contact Information Email View email address on click.appcast.io Job Description We are seeking a task-driven and detail-oriented Cannabis Cultivation Technician to join our team in North Bergen, NJ. We are a craft cannabis brand with a strong emphasis on quality and compliance. While this role supports multiple areas of cultivation, the majority of day-to-day responsibilities will focus on plant defoliation and general facility cleaning. Candidates should be comfortable with repetitive, hands‑on work in a production-focused environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 1 year of commercial cannabis cultivation experience. Responsibilities Perform routine defoliation, pruning, flower room resets, and general facility cleaning. Support cultivation operations across various stages of the plant lifecycle, including watering, transplanting, propagation, pest management, and harvesting, as needed. Assist with general farm and production tasks as directed by cultivation leadership. Follow standard operating procedures and work under the guidance of grow leads. Requirements 1–2 years of commercial cannabis cultivation or production experience (required). Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment and meet daily goals. Detail-oriented, dependable, motivated, and professional. Strong teamwork and communication skills with a willingness to learn. General knowledge of the cannabis industry, including strains and products. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Comfortable with prolonged standing, repetitive motions, lifting, pushing, and stair climbing in a physical agricultural environment. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed (facility operates 365 days per year). Must be 21+ years of age.
