This position offers the unique flexibility of a remote work environment through telehealth services. Our clinical team operates Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured yet balanced work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy to clients experiencing major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders via telehealth platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of diverse clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current LCSW licensure in the state of New Jersey.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a practicing clinician, specifically in mental health counseling.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening and empathy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
