The Phoenix Psychotherapy Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify individual needs and developmental delays.

• Taking an active role in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) with a focus on actionable solutions.

• Monitoring the progress of clients by collaborating with families, educators, and various other service providers.

• Providing tailored support to families, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies necessary for enhancing their child's development.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and approaches grounded in Natural Learning Environment Models to deliver effective early intervention.
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations in the delivery of social services.

• Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members to foster a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young children with disabilities or developmental delays, typically between birth and three years of age. The children you work with may experience challenges in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Through empathetic engagement and tailored support strategies, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing their potential during these formative years.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Current licensure from the State Department of Public Health.

• LCSW certification is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
