Job Summary
Our Company is hiring a Digital Marketing & Media Specialist to grow our online visibility strengthen employer branding and drive candidate/client engagement through data-driven digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
Build and optimize digital campaigns promoting staffing services and openings
Create and manage content for the website job boards social media email and blogs
Partner with recruiters to promote openings and success stories
Track performance with analytics tools and translate into action items
Keep content aligned with brand and messaging standards
Research trends and competitor strategy to improve performance
Support employer branding initiatives
Manage content planning scheduling and digital asset organization
Preferred
Adobe Creative Suite or Canva proficiency
SEO SEM Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Meta Ads knowledge
ATS/CRM familiarity
Marketing certifications (Google HubSpot etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelors in Marketing Communications Digital Media PR or related field
Proven digital marketing/media experience ideally in staffing or professional services
Strong knowledge of social platforms CMS and analytics tools
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication
Comfortable managing multiple projects cross-functionally
Strong organization time management and problem-solving
