We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to help carry out local marketing programs and support the daily activities associated with customer outreach and promotional campaigns. This role combines practical marketing support with direct customer interaction, helping ensure campaign activities are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Marketing Assistant will assist with introducing promotional offers, responding to customer interest, organizing campaign resources, and documenting activity from scheduled marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who communicates well, takes initiative with assigned responsibilities, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities associated with local marketing programs and customer outreach.

• Help introduce current promotional offers to potential customers.

• Communicate the purpose and details of assigned marketing initiatives.

• Support the distribution of promotional information and campaign resources.

• Assist customers who express interest in featured products or services.

• Provide explanations of available offers, eligibility requirements, and participation details.

• Help customers understand the steps involved in taking advantage of current promotions.

• Respond to general questions and direct more detailed inquiries to the appropriate team member.

• Prepare materials needed for scheduled customer outreach activities.

• Maintain appropriate quantities of brochures, informational materials, and other promotional supplies.

• Assist with maintaining accurate information about customer inquiries and campaign responses.

• Record basic activity information for internal campaign tracking.

• Help identify common customer interests and questions during promotional activities.

• Share observations regarding customer participation with the marketing team.

• Review updates to current promotions and adjust customer information accordingly.

• Support the completion of assigned marketing activities within established schedules.

• Assist with organizing campaign documents and maintaining accessible reference materials.

• Work with colleagues to address customer requests related to active promotions.

• Follow company standards for customer communication and promotional accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business, communications, customer service, or a related field.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional communication style.

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with prospective customers.

• Ability to understand promotional information and explain it accurately.

• Strong attention to detail when handling campaign materials and customer information.

• Ability to stay organized while completing multiple daily assignments.

• Comfortable working in an active, customer-oriented environment.

• Good listening skills and ability to respond appropriately to questions.

• Reliable follow-through and a consistent approach to assigned responsibilities.

• Willingness to learn about new marketing programs, products, and services.

• Ability to follow instructions and established campaign procedures.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office applications.

• Previous experience supporting promotions or customer outreach is helpful but not required.
