Event Coordinator

Our client, a leading provider of fintech services , is hiring a Event Operations Manager in Mountain View, CA! This role be onsite 3x a week *This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!* In this role, you'll lead the creative production and execution of a large-scale event, ensuring digital and print assets are delivered on time for a large-scale internal event. You'll partner with creative teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage timelines, coordinate logistics, and keep every aspect of the program running smoothly from planning through post-event wrap-up. Responsibilities: Manage creative production timelines and deliver digital and print assets for large-scale internal events. Partner with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate event logistics and ensure successful execution. Track project milestones, resolve production issues, and keep programs on schedule from planning through post-event wrap-up. Requirements: 7+ years of relevant experience.
