About the Role:

We’re growing! Red River Commercial Roofing is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead business development, build strong corporate relationships, and drive revenue growth in the commercial roofing sector. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives on creating new opportunities, understands sales strategy, and wants to help scale a successful small business into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development : Proactively generate new business with corporate accounts, property managers, facility directors, and commercial building owners.

Sales Leadership : Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and inspections to proposals, negotiations, and closing deals.

Technical Knowledge : Learn and master commercial roofing systems, roof inspections, and industry best practices (training provided for the right candidate).

Systems & Strategy : Utilize CRM and project management software to track opportunities, manage pipelines, and ensure smooth project handoffs.

Small Business Growth : Contribute to strategic planning, budgeting, performance metrics, and overall company growth while embracing and enhancing our small-business culture of teamwork, integrity, and customer focus.

Market Presence : Represent Red River Commercial Roofing professionally in the OKC metro and surrounding areas.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven track record in **B2B sales**, preferably in construction, roofing, building materials, or related industries.

- Experience building corporate accounts and developing long-term client relationships.

- Working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and project management tools.

- Strong understanding of budgets, forecasting, and performance metrics.

- Appreciation for small business culture and the ability to wear multiple hats while helping the company scale.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to learn commercial roofing systems and inspection processes (prior roofing experience is a plus but not required — we value sales aptitude and drive).
