Manufacturing HR Generalist: Employee Experience & Growth
Generac Power Systems
Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to support our Sussex, Wisconsin manufacturing facility by delivering high-quality HR services that boost employee engagement and operational performance.
You will partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting and onboarding, orientation, site events, training programs, and a positive workplace culture. A BA in HR or related field and 2 years HR experience are preferred.
