Project Coordinator

About the Role Savills is looking for a Project Coordinator in our NYC office to join Integrated Consulting Strategies – a financial consulting group that advises on some of the largest and most complex client engagements firm-wide. The ideal candidate is mission-driven, action-oriented and able to thrive in a growing and fast paced environment. This role is well-suited for a highly motivated, career-oriented professional with real estate experience and interest in a blended position of marketing and consulting support.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES

Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of marketing collateral for client and business development initiatives. Manage the workflow, timelines, and tracking of marketing materials, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Provide administrative and operational support, including billing, expense reporting, document management, and workflow coordination. Prepare, edit, and format presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials using Microsoft Office Suite. InDesign a plus. Conduct research and gather information to support client pursuits, presentations, and special projects. Coordinate on/off-site meetings, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, arranging travel, and securing meeting space. Maintain conference room schedules and assist with meeting, training, and event logistics. Assist with the creation, editing, and quality control of marketing and presentation materials. Serve as a liaison among team members, internal departments, vendors and clients to ensure timely completion of deliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS

Effectively communicate, interact, and collaborate with brokers, staff, vendors and clients Consistently demonstrate a high level of performance and professionalism Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Maintain discretion and exhibit sound decision-making skills. Exhibit a high level of attention to detail. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. word, excel and power point) Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign/Illustrator or graphics knowledge a plus Ability to adapt to company specific software. Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize workload under pressure. Self-starter who works independently and thinks proactively and strategically.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree required. 3+ years of work experience in a real estate/sales/consulting/paralegal position Fluent in MS Suite including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Savills values a diverse work environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
