Strategic Business Development Director

HKS, Inc. seeks a seasoned Business Development leader to grow market presence and client relationships across practices and offices. You will analyze markets, shape annual BD plans, and drive pursuit activities with project teams and leadership to win strategic work.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years in BD, strong CRM and presentation skills, and a proven ability to establish long-term partnerships. Travel will be required as part of client engagement and events.
