Position Details Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Day: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Mon: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Tue: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Wed: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Thur: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM Fri: 06:30 AM - 03:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related protocols, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, property‑related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant information to site contacts. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor entrances, lobbies, and/or other assigned areas, assisting with visitor interactions, badge or credential checks, and reporting unusual activity in accordance with site policies. Support daily operations at a commercial real‑estate location by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and assisting with security‑related requests from authorized personnel. Minimum Requirements A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. At least 6 months of security‑related experience is required. CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
