Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and family therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, including but not limited to:

• Physical and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss issues
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and parent-child issues

• Job stress and adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

• Challenges faced by blended families

• Developing personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific needs and goals.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress in adherence to clinical standards.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Staying current with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with couples, families, as well as individuals from both adult and child/adolescent populations. Your expertise will help clients address emotional and relational struggles, fostering healthier connections within families and contributing positively to their overall mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
