Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and serious emotional disorders, developing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Provide direct therapy to clients via telehealth sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate healing and empowerment.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to advance common goals, sharing insights and strategies to improve treatment effectiveness.
\n
• Participate actively in team meetings that prioritize the sharing of best practices and strategies to support client success.
\n
• Maintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation that adheres to organizational and regulatory standards, ensuring secure and confidential handling of client information.

• Engage with clients in a culturally sensitive manner, respecting their diverse backgrounds, traditions, and personal experiences throughout the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on serving individuals facing chronic mental health issues and emotional disturbances, including anxiety disorders, depression, and trauma-related conditions. Clients may come from various socioeconomic backgrounds, and our approach emphasizes empowerment and choice in treatment to foster long-term recovery and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A current, valid LCSW license in the state of Florida.

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
