Backroom Coordinator

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Backroom Associate. As a Backroom Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of merchandise in the backroom area. This is a vital role in our organization, as it directly impacts the availability and presentation of products for our customers.

Responsibilities:- Receive and unload merchandise from delivery trucks- Sort and organize merchandise in the backroom according to established procedures- Stock shelves and replenish inventory on the sales floor- Ensure accurate labeling and pricing of products- Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory management- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the backroom area- Assist customers with locating merchandise when needed

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods of time- Excellent communication and customer service skills- Basic math skills for inventory management
