You'll cultivate relationships with both new and dedicated customers, delivering tailored truckload solutions that meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with our operations team to ensure customer satisfaction, focusing on securing long-term partnerships and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Leverage Existing Customer Base: Utilize your current book of business to drive immediate truckload sales, while nurturing long-term client relationshipsBusiness Development: Identify and target potential new clients through market research, referrals, and networking, focusing on truckload transportation solutionsCustomer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new clients, ensuring consistent, reliable communication and service deliverySales Strategy & Negotiation: Develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable pricing for truckload services while maximizing profitabilityCollaboration with Operations: Partner with Transnet's operations and carrier management teams to ensure the successful execution of shipments and maintain high service standardsIndustry Insight & Reporting: Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
