Registered Nurse (RN) - Endoscopy - $32-48 per hour

Job Overview Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Endoscopy (SaintLouis, Missouri) Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff (Full‑time) Shift: 7:00am – 5:30pm, 4–10 hours per week with call hours 5:00pm – 7:00am. The role is safety‑sensitive and requires continuous alertness. Responsibilities Promotes patient and family‑centered care in a healing environment. Educates patients and families on illness management, post‑treatment home care and medication administration. Participates in activities that promote patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance. Participates in professional development. Develops, implements and documents individual plans of care with defined goals, in collaboration with the interprofessional team and the patient or caregiver. Proactively plans and ensures communication of the plan of care across the continuum of care. Uses critical nursing skills to assess and evaluate physical, psychosocial and emotional needs according to standards of care. Assesses patient preferences and barriers to involvement in care, including values, emotional, spiritual, cultural and population‑specific needs. Qualifications Minimum Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate’s Degree in Nursing. Minimum Experience: 3years of RN experience in GI, ICU, ED, OR or another critical care area. Licenses & Certifications: Current RN license in Missouri. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
