SayGo Home Loans is seeking an experienced, motivated Loan Officer to join our Specialty Banking Division in Irvine, CA.

In this role, you'll call on company-provided leads and guide borrowers through the entire loan process — from initial

application to closing. This is a full-time, on-site, commission-based position ideal for a self-driven originator who wants

strong earning potential backed by a consistent, company-provided lead flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call on company-provided leads to identify and engage prospective borrowers, converting them into applications and

closed loans.

• Consult with borrowers to assess financial goals and recommend appropriate loan programs (conventional, FHA, VA,

jumbo, and others).

• Guide clients through pre-qualification, application, and disclosure processes in compliance with state and federal

lending regulations.

• Collect and review required documentation, and coordinate with processing and underwriting to keep loan files moving

toward on-time closing.

• Maintain a healthy pipeline, providing borrowers with clear, timely communication at every stage.

• Stay current on loan products, interest rates, underwriting guidelines, and industry/compliance changes.

• Meet or exceed individual production and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications:

• Active NMLS license in good standing required (California licensure).

• Prior experience as a mortgage loan officer or loan originator preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting guidelines, and the loan origination process.

• Excellent communication and phone-based sales skills, with the ability to convert leads into closed loans.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a commission-based, production-driven environment.

• Knowledge of Encompass (LOS) and Salesforce (CRM) is a plus.
