Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' individual mental health needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Implement tailored interventions through individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions that foster client participation, resilience, and overall well-being.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, helping them navigate resources and support available to them during their recovery journey.

• Maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Regularly assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at The Infosoft Counseling, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices for a range of mental health challenges.
