Analytical with problem-solving abilities as well as exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills. Able to demonstrate discretion, essential to the confidential nature of the work and customer relations. Administrative Assistant qualifications and skills QBO Experience and data entry required Experienced in accounts receivable and payables Strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision Proficient with Microsoft Office – Expert in EXCEL Impeccable written and oral communication skills Diploma required Administrative Assistant responsibilities and duties Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects Assist in creating and distributing financial documents for monthly manager's meetings and other executive meetings Help with point of sale - cash handling & credit cards Work with PCF Controller to create spreadsheets and presentation information Alert farmhands re: customer pick-up/loading of purchase(s) Assistant and direct report to PCF Controller Who we are: From our family farm to your family fork, Pure Country Farms LLC in Ephrata, WA, strives to raise the most economical, highest-quality, free-range pork and beef.
