Restaurant Manager (GM) - Scripps Ranch

Job Description

Our award-winning client is seeking a full-time Restaurant Manager or GM to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our Scripps Ranch location . If you're a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure outstanding guest service in a counter-only model (To-go and Delivery - no dine-in)
Recruit, train, coach, schedule, and develop team members
Manage inventory, purchasing, food costs, and labor expenses
Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health regulation compliance
Oversee payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance
Resolve guest concerns professionally and create a welcoming dining experience
Partner with ownership to improve operations, control costs, and support marketing initiatives
Step in wherever needed to support the team and restaurant success

What We're Looking For

Restaurant management experience required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience managing financials, inventory, and restaurant operations
Commitment to exceptional customer service and team development
Hospitality or Restaurant Management education preferred
Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification required
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
