Patient Services Coordinator

*Description*
Patient & Provider Liaison: Managing communications and patient education regarding ER visits, inpatient hospital resources, and Early Bird Alert portals.
Benefits & Enrollment: Providing marketing and enrollment assistance, and working closely with brokers and benefits specialists.
Administrative Support: Handling inbound/outbound calls and ensuring smooth transitions for patients between medical settings
