The role requires effective leadership skills and proficiency in patient education.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforms physical therapy evaluationsEstablishes plan of care to meet identified goalsProvides treatmentsEvaluates effectiveness of treatmentsModifies plan of care as needed to achieve desired outcomesMaintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job locationEffective leadership skillsProficient in organizing, delegating, providing education to patients, families, co-workersSchedule and Shift DetailsDay Shift 10-40 // 80-hours per two-week pay period
