Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse array of clients, ranging from individuals and couples to entire families. The patient population often includes those experiencing marital discord, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Each client's story is valued, and your approach will be tailored to reflect their cultural, social, and personal backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Massachusetts, accompanying compliance with state laws and ethical guidelines.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent is preferred.

• At least 4 years of direct experience in outpatient mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in a variety of therapeutic techniques.

• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 95,000, based on experience and qualifications.
