Remote Conversational AI Designer - Elevate Voice UX & IVR

Miratech

Miratech is seeking an experienced Conversational Designer/IVR specialist in the United States. The role focuses on reimagining legacy IVR systems to deliver intuitive, customer-centered voice interactions and on building robust intent models, utterance libraries, and end-to-end conversation flows.

Applicants should bring 6+ years in conversational design, strong NLU capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate across teams to improve containment and task completion rates.
