About the Role:
In the role, you will support day-to-day HR functions that keep our team engaged, informed, and supported, while helping us maintain smooth operations during a time of exciting growth.
What Youll Do:
- Scheduling: Coordinate interviews, internal HR meetings, and onboarding sessions, while maintaining the department calendar to ensure everything runs with precision, clarity, and efficiency.
- Plan company events: Plan and execute department and company-wide events that foster connection, engagement, and culture.
- Benefits Administration: Assist with open enrollment and be a point of contact for any benefits related inquiries.
- Onboarding support: Assist new hires with I-9 documentation, first-day logistics, and orientation ensuring every welcome is warm and organized.
- Administrative tasks: Support the HR team with documentation, HRIS updates, compliance filing, and other essential admin functions.
- Be a culture conduit: As one of the first touchpoints for many employees, you'll represent the tone and values of our team (collaborative, kind, and forward-thinking).
Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Associates/Bachelors Degree (preferred)
- Minimum 6 months of administrative or HR experience (internships will be considered)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Google Suites is a plus but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
