Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. This position is hybrid in Brickell, Miami FL. Responsibilities Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process Manage payroll Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities on policies, procedures, and HR programs. Coordinate and track training programs, ensuring completion, documentation, and compliance. Support in the development and implementation of any HR policies, procedures, and programs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area 10+ years' of experience working in Human Resources Must be experienced with payroll for a large organization Strong interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Leeds Professional Resources
