For our client, we are seeking a President | Perricone MD to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Business Services environment. Location: New York, NY - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $350,000 – $375,000 annually Responsibilities Define and lead Perricone MD's global brand strategy for sustainable growth Strengthen the brand's authority in science-led skincare and health Drive consumer acquisition and loyalty through innovative marketing strategies Manage media investments and digital content for brand promotion Oversee product innovation to ensure alignment with consumer needs and market trends Establish strong retail partnerships and optimize distribution strategies to maintain brand equity Lead the development of international market expansion strategies Qualifications 5-10 years of executive leadership experience in prestige beauty, skincare, wellness, or consumer products Full P&L ownership experience with a strong focus on commercial performance Proven success in scaling premium brands across various channels and international markets Deep knowledge of consumer behavior and market dynamics in the prestige beauty sector Demonstrated capabilities in product innovation and brand strategy execution Benefits Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days at home) Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans 401K plan with a 5% company match Generous paid time off policy Short-term and long-term disability coverage Exclusive discounts on the brands Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
