Skills
High school diploma or equivalent. Prior experience in a fast-paced call center environment. Customer service related experience. Experience adhering to ethical and confidentiality requirements Excellent communication, patience and problem-solving abilities to help address taxpayer inquiries and diffuse difficult situations.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of tax regulations. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot tax-related inquiries. Associates or Bachelors Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
