Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is in growth mode and is currently seeking a AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in processing billing and payments.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AP Clerk and Bookkeeper to assist our controller in day-to-day AP activities.
Responsibilities:
-To setup payment schedules and create spreadsheets to ensure timely payment.
-To review supplier base and make rebate payments.
- Manage Supplier accounts by Phone, Email, etc.
-To properly file physical hard copies of invoices and payments.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of QuickBooks online experience, entering billing and making payments.
2. Proven work experience as a bookkeeper.

Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. has been in business since 2005. We are a growing company that collects and recycles used cooking oil. With over 18 years in business, we collect, and process used cooking oil to produce Biodiesel, a carbon reducing alternative fuel to Hydrocarbons. We operate in 15 States with service to over 20,000 locations and growing. Buffalo Biodiesel Inc. is subject to and complies with the Federal Drug-Free Workplace Act.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting $25/hr with pay increase after 90 days if you meet metrics.
