Job Description

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and create personalized therapy strategies aimed at helping them meet their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based practices to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multi-disciplinary Teams: Work alongside fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to provide holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and their families on therapy methods to foster continued progress at home.
• Track and Evaluate Progress: Monitor clinical developments and modify treatments to keep patients on track toward recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• Encouragement for continuing education and post-graduate certifications.

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
