Assistant Community Manager
$19 - $22 per hourFull-time

Rate: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position) ***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.*** We are searching for an Assistant Community Manager to join our team at our 239-unit apartment community in Duluth! Our ideal candidate will have the ability to perform the job duties of a Leasing Consultant, as needed. - Minimum three years of experience on an apartment community.
- Minimum two years of Assistant Community Manager experience on an apartment
- Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Yardi or other similar programs.
- Must be able to work one Saturday per month.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
